Effective July 18, 2026. Crown Owl Printing LLC ("we") operates coprinting.org. This page explains, in plain language, what information we handle and how.

What we collect

Quote requests: name, business name, email, phone, job details, style selections, and any artwork files you send us. We use these only to prepare and deliver your quote and your order.
Email signups: your email address, used to send the discount code you requested and occasional print offers. Unsubscribe anytime.
On-device data: your quote cart and style picks are stored in your own browser (localStorage), not on our servers. Clearing your browser data removes them.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.
We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
We do not store payment card details — payment is arranged directly with you per order.

Service providers

Form submissions are delivered directly to our own systems (hosted on Cloudflare) and emailed to our inbox. Files you upload with a quote are stored securely for production purposes only and expire automatically. Our site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which may process standard server logs (IP address, browser type) to serve and secure the site.

Your choices

Email info@coprinting.org at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to unsubscribe from emails. We keep quote and order records only as long as needed for business and tax purposes.
